Celebrating With Some Blog Candy!!!!

Yay!!!! My little ol' blog counter says that there have been 500 views and that means we need to celebrate with a little blog candy . . . a little swag you might say. I have four gift bags full of goodies all ready to give out to four lucky readers of my blog. Your gift bag consists of 36 6 x 6 sheets of designer paper, 28 giga and 12 mega scalloped circles in fun coordinating colors, matching ribbons, and prima flowers.

So here is how it works . . . I am always interested in the newest innovative products out there in the stamping/paper crafting world and all you need to do is leave a comment on this post about what your favorite thing is right now. Stamps, paper lines, ribbons, tools, embellishments, etc. . . . just post a comment on what is your favorite thing you are using right now and why you love it so much.

Please leave a comment and I will put your name in a hat, draw them on Thursday evening, and announce the four lucky winners on Friday.

Good luck and don't forget to tell us about your favorite things.

Thanks for stopping by.

I am enjoying using the scalloped punches right now. They seem to be the latest and the greatest. You use them too, so we are both in on the buzz. I only have the ovals tho. I am also enjoying doing the cracked glass technique with UTEE. I just bought it at AC Moore. It is easy and very pretty. Congrats on the hits and I love your pets!!! Yorkies are such cute doggies. Thanks for the candy.

I just recently got a generic brand (so I didn't have to wait for an order to come in) of Crystal Effects and I LOVE IT! It's so much fun and really adds a fun punch to projects. I am so glad I got some.

Thanks for the amazing giveaway! Keep up the great work!

I love Rhonna Farrer designs stamps by Autumn Leaves and I just can't resist them. The little birdie is what got me started. But her flowers and flourishes are SO cute too!

I have to say my Cuttlebug these days. It is so easy to use and I think the embossing gives a card a look that makes it seem you spent a lot of time making the card. All my stamping friends want one now that they see how easy and inexpensive it is.
Thanks for the chance to win.

ps you little pets are adorable!!!

rebeccaI have just 'discoverd' the clear acrylic stamps that Archivers has a TON of!! I ran across a Graduation Set that gives you so many options and is not just limited to the year 2007!! I also love my oval cutters from Creative Memories. Gives a whole new dimention to my cards, being able to use ovals instead of squares and rectangles. Love you blog and your ideas!!

Hi Peggy,
My new favorite tool is the Marvy Paper Trimming Buddy (what a mouthful!) It's a great 12 inch long paper trimmer with interchangeable shaped edge blades. I just got it as a birthday gift from my Stamping Queens and I love it! Great control for the scissor challenged me. Of course, I luv all my stuff!!

I am just in love with my cuttlebug but I also love the scallped punches. Both of these things, make it so quick and easy to decorate your cards and make them look terrific. Your sacks are decorated so pretty and they are so mysterious. Pick me! Pick me! LOL

Hi - I have several tools I use a lot, but I guess my favorite would be the Cuttlebug Embossing Folders. I don't have the Cuttlebug, but the folders work great with my Sizzix. I don't believe you can make an ugly card with the folders! : )

My favorite thing to use right now is my cuttlebug! For one reason it is fairly new and I love what it adds to my cards.

I have quickly become addicted to the Cuttlebug embossing folders and I am collecting some of the dies. I own a Wizard and find them very easy to work with. Love the backgrounds you can create with them. My next favorite tool has been and probably always will be my waterbrush. :) Can't live without that one!

Hi! My fav. item right now is my cordless heat gun that uses butane It is small so I can pack it to go anywhere. It is great to not have to deal with a cord either! By the way, I love your cat! I have a shaded silver persian that looks a lot like yours - and her name is Precious Belle! I bet they have the same attitudes too! Thanks!

Hi Pegi!
Congratulations on 500 hits!

I am so glad that I found your blog...the cards you post are exactly "my style". I ooh and aah every time I visit here.

You used two of my favorite things in your card this morning:
Basic Grey paper (Have you seen the new line...Infuse?)
and Bodacious Bouquet!
Can't get a better combo than that!

My favorite thing right now is probably my paper piercer. There are so many different ways to pierce and stitch, etc. I just never get enough! And it also unclogs my glue bottle when it gets clogged! LOL!

Have a great day, Pegi! Thanks for sharing your wonderful talents!

Making Memories has cute brads that are glitterized- good colors, and they don't shed glitter everywhere!

I still love the punches in Martha Stewart's line up - cosmos, dogwood and the medallion circle.

Bare Elements chipboard books (especially the round one!) to decorate as you wish!

I love my Spellbinder Wizard because I can use any diecut brand with it. I am a paper addict. I love the colors & patterns and could spend hours admiring it. Your cat and dog are just so darn cute!!! And Willow seems very obedient when it comes to dressing up:)

I love my McGill daisy punches. I splurged and bought them in 3 sizes so I can layer my flowers.

I, too, love the 'bug! There seem to be a lot of ways to use it, and no background is complete with it being embossed. Congrats on your success!

How fun! I think my favorite tool right now is the Basic Grey precision file kit! I tested one at a craft store not long ago and it is now a must-have! It is awesome for chipboard, especially shapes.

I really like my Cropidile but there is another-the Crackle acrylic accents (I think its a RAnger product) You can add this to any image, or diecut and it makes it look old and distressed. There is an opaque and I think a sepia colored bottle. Go get some!

My favorite technique/tool right now is the piercer with mat pack. Piercing adds just the right finishing touch to so many projects. Sometimes in a corner, sometimes along an edge, or an entire border. Sometimes I'll use the white gel pen or a marker to faux stitch. I just can't get enough! You have a really nice blog here, and thanks for offering the candy!

Some of my current favorites are... Su oval punches, scallop punches, sewing machine, color spritzer, primas.

My latest favorite thing is Crystal Effects. I used it to give dimension to the head of a butterfly...even added some sparkles. It's so great to be able to build it up to the depth that you want.

Hi Pegi
My most favourite thing of all time has to be my Adirondack single colour ink pads. Give me those, a stack of white card and a bag of cotton wool and I am one happy bunny.
Favourite new thing.......o'er I have so many at the moment but if I had to choose one it would be my Cricut machine. It is fab.
